Supporting people in their holistic development is the goal and mission of YOUTH GLOBE and our Team.

Through our Seminaren we empower our participants to lead and successfully shape their lives and to effectively master their personal and professional challenges.

In our educational initiative “100 Champions,” private individuals, companies, public institutions, clubs, and associations also work together with YOUTH GLOBE to provide special support, particularly for young people, on their path toward a fulfilled and happy life. 

With the ChampionsNight, we honor our partners and supporters as well as the successful Graduates of our Seminarswho on both sides create a positive impact on their environment through their commitment and role-model behavior and actively contribute to the positive development of our society.

Our annual highlight is dedicated to the Champions. At YOUTH GLOBE, Champions are people who set personal, worthwhile goals and achieve them with commitment. They are simply successful. Young and young-at-heart individuals in our community enrich those around them through their actions. Their joy for life is contagious.

At the ChampionsNight, the clubs present contributions from their work. In addition, some clubs take part with competition entries – for example, the Model Club presents the candidates of the “Role Model” competition.
