Als YOUTH GLOBE Area Managerin für Asien und Australien freue ich mich sehr, Teil eines Netzwerkes zu sein, das sich der persönlichen Entwicklung und Förderung insbesondere junger Menschen widmet. Eines unserer Hauptziele ist es, das Potenzial der kommenden Generationen zu entfalten und sie mit maßgeschneiderten Seminaren auf ihrem Weg zu erfolgreichen Führungspersönlichkeiten zu unterstützen.
In Asien und Australien sehen wir eine wachsende Nachfrage nach effektiven Programmen, die junge Menschen nicht nur fachlich, sondern auch persönlich stärken. Unsere Seminare, Events und Clubangebote bieten eine einzigartige Möglichkeit, die Umsetzungskompetenz durch die Entwicklung von Einstellungen und Gewohnheiten nachhaltig und messbar zu erhöhen. Dabei setzen wir auf praxisnahe Inhalte, die individuell auf die Herausforderungen und Chancen in den Regionen zugeschnitten sind.
Ich freue mich darauf, unser Netzwerk in Asien und Australien gemeinsam mit einer wachsenden Gemeinschaft von YOUTH GLOBE Partnern zu gestalten und damit einen wichtigen gesellschaftlichen Beitrag insbesondere für die Entwicklung junger Menschen zu leisten.

In 2024, I had the incredible opportunity to participate in the ChampionsTour in Germany. It was a life-changing experience that challenged meto step outside of my comfort zone and begin a journey of intentional self-discovery. Through the workshops and mentoring sessions, I learnedhow to reflect deeply, set meaningful goals, and take responsibility for shaping a fulfilling life in all areas – personally and professionally.
Before this experience, I often felt unsure about my direction and hesitant to dream big. But YOUTH GLOBE helped me realize that I already hadthe power within me to grow, to lead, and to inspire others. As I worked through the program, I noticed remarkable changes – in my confidence,in my focus, and in my ability to connect with others. Friends and mentors began to recognize the transformation in me, and I felt truly empowered for the first time.
So, when I was invited in 2025 to take on the role of Ambassador for the Asia and Australia region, I was both humbled and excited. I knew thiswas a chance to give back and help others access the same transformative experience that changed my life.
As the YOUTH GLOBE Ambassador, I am passionate about expanding the reach of this initiative across Asia and Australia. I believe deeply thatpersonal development is not a luxury – it is a necessity for building a sustainable, peaceful, and equitable future. Every young person deservesthe chance to grow into their full potential, and I am committed to supporting them on that path.
YOUTH GLOBE stands for honest self-reflection, holistic development, and the belief that change begins from within. Through seminars,mentoring, and talent development clubs, we aim to awaken the strengths already inside each individual, encouraging them to dream boldly and act responsibly.
