After two very short and less than ideal employment relationships, I suddenly no longer knew whether I was on the right path for a longer-term and fulfilling job. Thank you for encouraging me in my somewhat desperate situation. I realized that I couldn't get any further on my own and that I needed a complete consultation in which I could work out my career ideas once again. The seminar helped me enormously with this. I was able to work out my personal skills and abilities (including self-confidence and determination). Thanks to very good job application training, I have noticed a positive change in myself in recent job interviews. I have now clarified for myself what I really want and I am sure that I have found the right job.

I saw the MOC course as a discovery and insight into my personality and my goals. I have uncovered dreams that I didn‘t even know I had. The course was great, without exaggeration! On one hand you receive great instruments for managing yourself, and you are taught how to use them. And on the other hand you learn much about the social world, and you grow more conscious about dealing with your fellow people and with yourself.
My parents and friends have noticed the change very quickly, and they liked the way in which I developed.
My advice would be giving the program a chance and participating in it if you haven‘t done it yet. Personally, I think that the program has immense potential for everyone using it effectively. I for my part have not regretted participating, and I am profiting from what I‘ve learned now and probably will be profiting from it for the rest of my life.
