This tour lays the foundation for the development towards a champion. In the definition of YOUTH GLOBE champions are persons who successfully engage for their individual goals in all areas of life. The participants experience an intensive discussion of personal goals in different situations of life such as values, potentials and individual dreams. We aim to detect, accept and overcome the existing challenges. The YOUTH GLOBE reader and the Glober-App are useful auxiliaries which help you to ensure a sustainable personal development.

Course of the Tour

The tour has the motto “Become a champion!”. In the definition of YOUTH GLOBE champions are persons who successfully engage for their individual goals in all areas of life. According to this definition we intensively debate which meaning life has for the participants and how they can implement the achievement of goals practically. The presentation of the progress in editing the course materials is a pleasure for all participants and the exchange in the group provides further suggestions.

The tour is organized in 12 stage-meetings, where each meeting lasts 2.5 hours. A period of two weeks is planned to edit the next lap. An outdoor-event helps to get known to each other and consolidates the rules of the tour. Two workshops can be chosen at the very beginning of the tour and help to gather additional skills and capabilities.
Participating in YOUTH GLOBE events offers great opportunities to exchange information on various areas of life or to practice.

I saw the MOC course as a discovery and insight into my personality and my goals. I have uncovered dreams that I didn‘t even know I had. During the course I could implement these goals and successfully reach them. I have learned facing challenges, overcoming obstacles, and never to give up. The course was great, without exaggeration! On one hand you receive great instruments for managing yourself, and you are taught how to use them. And on the other hand you learn much about the social world, and you grow more conscious about dealing with your fellow people and with yourself.
My parents and friends have noticed the change very quickly, and they liked the way in which I developed.
My advice would be giving the program a chance and participating in it if you haven‘t done it yet. Personally, I think that the program has immense potential for everyone using it effectively. I for my part have not regretted participating, and I am profiting from what I‘ve learned now and probably will be profiting from it for the rest of my life.

The course itself was amazing. I have rarely learnt so much in so little time. Real desire, wishes, dreams, goals, real commitment and real work, motivation and development, successful role models - now I know what I‘m doing! But it was also very exhausting to work on the topic and on yourself every day. My usual day was chock full and yet I have never experienced that much in any other year. I have the MOC course to thank for that. It was a lot of fun to discuss with new friends about the topics of the lessons. Everyone openly and honestly layed out his opinion. That also made the feedback rounds much easier, which was quite important to me.
I regard critique as a benefit, because only if I realise my mistakes, can I learn from them. The LMI-Days were a very inspiring input. I could implement many of the given thoughts into my everyday life.
That allowed me to broaden my horizon instead of just sitting on what little knowledge I had before. The most important thing for me is getting to know my own body, my own character with all its flaws and strengths. Only like this I can overcome challenges and fears, and dare new things.
