After working as an executive in different German multinationals in different parts of the world, I see the need to help transform our youth in Colombia and that is why I have given myself the task of helping to lead the organization of YOUTH GLOBE in Colombia. Thanks to being permanently traveling between Germany and Colombia we can coordinate effectively and quickly the activities of YOUTH GLOBE bringing new ideas and meeting the high-quality requirements of YOUTH GLOBE Germany. Our commitment is to offer young people through YOUTH GLOBE a platform that helps them to know their potentials, to be clear about their goals and to transform their dreams into reality. YOUTH GLOBE gives young people methods, tools and entrepreneurship opportunities with which they can forge their own path. We don't stay in theory if we focus on "doing" and providing real opportunities for young people.

A wrong decision can have dire consequences for us as we see it daily with so many people with a professional title, but without a job or driving a taxi. Taking the YOUTH GLOBE program has helped me to be clear about my future.In addition, it has given me the opportunity to take responsibility for Youth Globe Colombia.With the support and advice of Giovanni, John, Leonardo and the whole new YOUTH GLOBE team, I feel able to face this new challenge.As a sociologist with a Master in sociology in digital media, I see the great opportunities that YOUTH GLOBE offers for young people and I believe that by helping young people to become leaders we can contribute a lot in the transformation of our society.

Success is an aspiration of human nature, we were designed for objectivity, achieve, achieve and make things happen. However, since childhood we are exposed to negative information and situations that became entrenched and erroneous beliefs of who we really are, in short we are the result of all the experiences and situations we have lived since we were begotten, and those attitudes are seen reflected in all activities of daily life, many of them negative beliefs, such as fear, insecurity, lack of identity and the need to be approved in order to take risks. This is why YOUTH GLOBE has developed a patented model that allows young people and the elderly to go through a process of transformation, where they can rewrite new beliefs of excellence and motivation, in addition to developing the potential for leadership and awakening an ambition for the achievement of dreams and personal goals. YOUTH GLOBE is really the best opportunity for young people to develop to the fullest and achieve the best version of themselves.
