A week at YOUTH GLOBE ist rewaring, sometimes challenging, but always exciting. Our Managing Director Alexander Grompe presentes our weekly review.
Self-Assurance
As you may have noticed, our Chief Security Officer is not a human, but a dachshund. Simply being an office dog sure wouldn’t fit him. So we joined dachshund fans around the world and celebrated our colleague on World Dachshund Day!
Persistence
Our recent trainer instructions are completed. Aimed at taking the perspectives at the Championstour of both the trainer and the trainee side, we were able to concentrate on core themes and improvements. And, of course, theses instructions will have a follow-up, because we want to offer a course that meets actual standards and respects the needs of trainees.

The middle of the week wasn’t solely the day of an intense football match between Germany and Hungary, but a day of solidarity with the LGBTQI+ Community which raises awareness for a diverse society with numerous events this year. We want to express our solidarity, too by saying: everyone is welcome at YOUTH GLOBE!
Providence
Well, I can’t confirm if our PR Manager Robert has some bats in the belfry, but what I can surely say is that he showed the team on Thursday that he has a rescued bird. You can see the little nestling on the picture. If you ever find yourself in a similary situation, rule number on is: let nature have its way. If you can clearly see that the bird is injured, please get in contact with your local animal protection society or a vet nearby. Remember, Champions do not support people only!

Artist Mufasathought „It’s Friday then“ and shot a video of him dancing to the song of the same title. It was an overnight sensation. The remix of that song is currently running hot on radio stations. A good example of how far you can get if you believe in what you do. And to all of you, whose focus is currently not set on becoming famous: enjoy your weekend and let the coming week be worthwhile for you.
