Theory
If you want to participate in a Championstour , you will only need curiosity for personal development and a handful of dreams. If you want to accompany participants of a Championstour as a trainer, you will need to internalize the YOUTH GLOBE method and share our values. People who want to become such trainers are now standing by in Hamburg. As I have reported here before, the rooms in the city are ready - now the trainer instruction can begin. We are eager to start the first Championstours soon. Our regional manager and his team are looking forward to meeting you.
Practice
Of course the Championstour is more than theory, it is most notably practice. Trainee Aleksandra wasn't prepared "how intense and comprehensive" her tour would be, as she has put it in her own words. According to our experience, that is the case with most trainees at the beginning. But soon she recognized: "This all comes down to your attitude. The Championstour opens up possibilities to reflect upon your own dreams and values and therefore is a chance for a fresh start." By the end, she sums it up as a personal success and wants to share this with everyone interested in personal development: "If you take this chance, you'll be rewarded with more than you might expect." Success
August 14th will see the annual Championsnight Saxony in Dresden - our chance to bestow our Awards to outstanding individuals. But: this won't be us alone! You shall be heard, too! We want your nominations for the following awards: te CHAMPION award for excellent performances of Championstour trainees, the YOUTH GLOBE award for people campaigning for all those who will shape the society of tomorrow and the AIMY award for individuals who inspire and motivate others with their success. We ask you, who should be honored this year? We are looking forward and are already excited for the Championsnight Saxony 2021!
