Theory

In this week’s review I attend to the Life Score, an important tool of the Championstour, as a main topic. First, what is the Life Score anway? For every milestone of a goal in its respective area of life you give yourself points that indicate if you are on time with it. If you look at all areas of life, you’ll get a score that shows you the overall progression of all your goals. This way you can see if you have to take more time for a goal or if the goal itself has to be modified. Bu most importantly, this is not about hitting the highest possible score. It is about asking yourself if you are happy with your current state.

Feasability

It is not us alone who change our goals. Sometimes unforseen and uncontrollable occurences have tob e taken into account. One of these occurrences is the ongoing pandemic. If a goal is not feasible at the moment, your Life Score will go down. But that is not a reason to be frustrated. Instead, you should stay realistic and rest goals until they become feasable again or set yourself new goals.

Practice

The Life Score was also on the agenda in our Trainer Championstour this week, because what we bring close to our trainees of course applies to us, too. By the way, this picture was taken during the achievment of our goal to sing Happy Birthday for our colleague Olaf!

Development

This week, goals were also a topic in our blog series. As you know, to set your own goals is part of every stage of the Championstour, but in our Goals Workshop, our method is to be deepened and complimented.

Reflection

At last, we wish you a happy Pentecost and hope that you’ll stay safe and use the time to recover and to reflect on the goals you have achieved and the ones that you are about to take on.

Have a nice weekend!
Alexander
