I’d like to dedicate this week’s review to a topic we at YOUTH GLOBE are working on for quite some time and which kept us occupied during the week: the 100 Champions Initiative.
What is „100 Champions“?
What is the Championstour?
The Championstour is the course that we want to facilitate for young people in cooperation with companies. On the tour, the trainees gets the chance to contemplate their own lives and personal values in 10 areas under the guidance of a trainer. Its goal is to identify personal dreams and to uncover potentials. Based on this, the trainees learn how to shape goals out of this and to reach them with the help of extra tools given tot hem. Motivation and self-confidence come along with the first successes achieved by this method.

For whom „100 Champions“ is suitable
To us, Champions are not only people who set their own goals and reach them with commitment. Champions do support theif fellows, too. And we think that there is nobody who hasn’t got what it takes to do that, als Stefanie Zepnik (Manager Cooperation) emphasizes: „Everybody can contribute something to a group or society.
